Completing this special line‑up are two of the North East’s brightest emerging folk talents: Eddie Doyle and The Mist Calls…
Support from Eddie Doyle / The Mist Calls
Drawing from her hymn-heavy childhood and classical roots, Eddie Doyle is an exciting new voice in experimental music. Blending folk, art-pop and her self described ‘post-Catholic post-rock’, her lyrical introspections and emotive vocals have been hypnotising audiences since early 2025, when she surged onto the North East scene
The Mist Calls is a twin duo known for creating raw, delicate original songs and reimagining well-loved tracks in their signature indie folk/pop style. Their music is shaped by a deep love of harmonisation and the unique blend of their two voices — a sound they believe is enriched by their special twin connection.
Both members are classically trained musicians: Millie plays the violin, while Joe plays the flute. Their shared musical background gives them a strong foundation for crafting meaningful, heartfelt songs that they hope resonate deeply with listeners.
