Join us for a nourishing Qigong & Meditation taster to settle your nervous system, ground into peace, and restore inner balance.

Through the gentle, flowing movement, simple breath and guided meditation, you’ll feel stronger and calmer in mind and body

Qigong is a traditional system of movement with benefits comparable to aerobic exercise – without stress and strain on your body.
