Join North East Folklore Society’s Nikki Bell for a journey through some of Newcastle, Sunderland and Durham’s folklore.
Along the way we’ll meet the lingering ghosts of Sunderland’s ports, ancient river sprites along the River Tees, and coal mining creatures from across the region. We’ll also have a chat about your own memories of stories, traditions, and superstitions shared over the years in your own family.
