Event description
Join Lindsay from Bench Box to make jewellery using enamel. This workshop is suitable for beginners with no previous jewellery making experience. The workshop allows participants to learn basic techniques and skills to create their own enamelled pendant/earrings in copper.
In this workshop you’ll learn how to pierce out your copper shape(s) with a saw during the first week. Learning to file and sand them to prepare them for enamelling in the 2nd week. You’ll be shown a variety of basic techniques to add the enamel to create colourful patterns. You’ll then torch fire these before adding jewellery findings afterwards to turn into your chosen pieces of jewellery.
Expect to make up to x3 pendants OR x1 pair of earrings with x1 pendant.
