Join us to celebrate the first year of Dance Your Heart Out – our fun, free dance class designed to improve fitness for adults aged 50+
Since March, the group have been working with dance teacher Jennie to learn different styles and devise their own routines. For this celebration, they’ll be bringing everything together for a showcase to friends and family. This will be followed by music, refreshments and a Dance Your Heart Out taster session.
