Creative You Junior is a project for young people ages 8-10 who live in Washington East and therefore places will be allocated on this basis.
Event description
Do you love to sing? Join us over February half-term for a free day-long workshop with vocalist Laura Taylor as we sing our way through songs from different genres – pop, rock, gospel, dance, world and folk.
Each song will be accompanied in a different way – guitar, piano, tracks and percussion – there’s bound to be something for everyone!
Bright Lights Youth Arts Festival 2026

A celebration of creativity featuring free workshops and special events across the city for young people aged 11-19.
Creative You Junior is supported by Sunderland City Council’s Washington Area Committee.
