About the project

Arts Centre Washington is part Our Freedom: Then and Now. Our Freedom: Then and Now is led by Future Arts Centres in partnership with Libraries Connected and Open Eye Gallery, supported using public funding by UK Government through Arts Council England.

Purpose of the agreement

To comply with the Data Protection Act (2018), and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we need your permission before we take any images, video or audio recordings of you – we will only use your images with your agreement. The purpose of this Agreement is to ensure that your contribution is used for the project in accordance with your wishes.

How will my photographs be used?

The photograph(s) and/or video/audio recording(s) will be published in line with Future Arts Centres’ and all listed partners’ objectives. This could include marketing and publicity-related purposes, used in Future Arts Centre or partner’s publications, websites, social media platforms, and within a print or exhibition context if agreed as part of the programme.
