Crime writing legend and Vera creator, Ann Cleeves joins us to look back at her career and celebrate the release of her fortieth novel, The Dying Light, the fourth book in the Two Rivers series starring Detective Matthew Venn.

About the Author
Ann Cleeves is the author of forty novels, and in 2017 was awarded the highest accolade in crime writing, the CWA Diamond Dagger. Her books have been adapted into internationally popular TV series in ITV’s Vera and The Long Call, and BBC One’s Shetland.
In 2022, she was awarded an OBE for her services to reading and libraries. She lives in Whitley Bay.
