We’re excited that you’re interested in joining Future Creatives – our community of young artists and creatives. By signing up, you’ll get access to exciting workshops, events and opportunities.

If you have any questions about this form, or you would prefer to sign up using a different format, please get in touch.

Future Creatives is part of Culture Start, an exciting programme designed to help children and young people in Sunderland take part in free creative and cultural events run by Sunderland Culture.

*What do we mean by low household income?

Low household income is when a household's earnings are below the level needed to meet basic living costs such as housing, food, healthcare and education.

**What do we mean by extenuating circumstances?

Extenuating circumstances can be anything that a young person has had to deal with in their day-to-day life, that is out of the young person’s control, and has had a negative impact on the them. For example experiencing significant family issues or discrimination.

We sometimes take photographs of and film some of our events and activities. Sunderland Culture and Culture Start would like you permission to capture images of the child in your care through video, audio or photography, which we would only use to reasonably promote Culture Start and Sunderland Culture's programmes.
