Get cosy as you follow a sleepy trail celebrating everything special about sleep and hibernation over the winter.

Meet creatures who slumber during the coldest months and discover ways we can all prepare for a comfortable sleep and delightful dreams.

This activity supports the pantomime Sleeping Beauty at Sunderland Empire. Trails can be purchased from the Museum shop.
