Event description

This is a low impact exercise class aimed at residents who are 50+, and people with long term health conditions.

Everyone has different ability levels, and these classes are designed by a qualified strength and balance coach so everyone can take part and have an enjoyable exercise session in nature. All equipment is provided. Sessions run on a Wednesday.
