Event description

This exhibition reflects the six-year journey of the Creative Age Group from March 2020 to March 2026 — a journey shaped by creativity, connection, resilience, and support.

What began as creative workshops became a safe and welcoming space where people formed friendships, rebuilt confidence, and supported one another through life’s challenges.

During times of uncertainty and isolation, the group offered comfort, routine, laughter, and a sense of belonging. The artworks displayed here represent more than creativity alone. Behind every piece is a personal story of growth, healing, memory, and self-expression.

Alongside the work, group members have shared reflections about workshops that stayed with them most deeply and how creativity supported their mental wellbeing, reduced loneliness, encouraged confidence, and helped them reconnect with others. These stories create a space for honest reflection, reminding us how many human experiences are quietly shared.

Arranged as a journey through time, this exhibition celebrates not only the artwork created over six years, but also the friendships, strength, and community built along the way.
