Move. Meditate. Align with the Light.

Step into the heart of the Solstice portal and align with its luminous power with a soul-nourishing evening of Qigong, meditation and guided visualisation. Join energy practitioner Shaney Barton to work with the golden light of the Solstice, to ground, re-balance and re-calibrate our systems whilst anchoring golden light into Mother Earth.

We’ll work through the Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi sequence of gentle exercises and breath, and replenish inner radiance with presence, stillness, visualisation and intent.

All levels welcome.
